Pecans are our most popular nut and we make over 7 products with pecans in them. As previously mentioned, we source all of our pecans in Texas ensuring the highest quality, extra-large pecans our customers love. Here are a few of our favorite pecan products.

Longhorns- Our #1 selling chocolate confection and the "Nearly Official "Chocolate of Texas! If you like chocolate "Turtles", then you will fall in love with Lammes Candies Longhorns. Hearty Texas pecans are layered onto our signature golden caramel, then smothered in premium Lammes milk chocolate. Chewie Pecan Pralines- Our #1 selling confection! For more than a century, the Lammes family has honored its secret family recipe to cook the world-famous Texas Chewie® Pecan Praline. Rich, buttery caramel surrounding the crunchiest Texas pecans creates a sweet and nutty combination that is distinctive and purely delicious.

Chocolate Covered Pralines- We take the best of both worlds and use our Texas Chewie Pecan Praline covered in the smoothest premium milk chocolate.

What's the difference between our Longhorns and our chocolate covered pralines?

Our Longhorns are made in layers: layer of pecans, layer of caramel and fully enrobed in chocolate. Chocolate covered pralines are made with caramel and pecans cooked together, then enrobed in chocolate. This leads to a difference in texture and bite. If you are seeking a more chewy texture, we'd recommend our chocolate covered pralines!

Habanero Pralines- Our world-famous "Texas Chewies," with a heck of a habanero kick! CAUTION: may be too hot for delicate palates. If you love spicy foods, this will be your new favorite sweet treat. Even if you don't, you still may fall in love with the unique flavor. These are always a hit at events.

Longhorn Trio: This one is for our chocolate connoisseurs. Savory Texas pecans & signature caramel, covered in Lammes' delicious white, dark and milk chocolate. You get 3 pieces of each flavor, totaling 9 chocolate Longhorns. Perfect for anyone with a bite large enough for all the flavors of Texas.

Sugar Free Longhorns- Like the original but with no added sugar! Our sugar-free Longhorns are made with buttery caramel, pecans, and milk chocolate. Maltitol is used in place of sugar with no salt added.

Divinity- Soft, pillowy Divinity is the definitive candy for just about every holiday throughout the year. Some families have even mastered the very tricky recipe to make sure they always have some to share at get-togethers. Ours tastes exactly like homemade, so you can put away your candy thermometers from now on!

Cashews

Cashew Critters- The soft crunch of cashews mixed with the buttery caramel flavor is perfectly at home with our delicious secret family recipe and coated with premium Lammes milk chocolate.

Almonds

Choc’Adillos-If you love our chocolate Longhorns, and you really like almonds, Choc'Adillos are about to be your new favorite candy! Rich, creamy milk or dark chocolate enrobe a cluster of almonds and Lammes' signature caramel. Made in Austin, with an ode to the unique and symbolic Texas armadillo.

Peanuts

Peanut Paws- Salty peanuts are the centerpiece of this chocolatey, caramel confection. Just like chocolate Longhorns, but with peanuts instead of pecans.

Peanut Brittle- Just like homemade! Salty-sweet peanuts surrounded by a layer of buttery, caramelized sugar form our perfectly crunchy brittle.
