Born in Texas in 1885, Lammes Candies has always been driven by a strong devotion to serving Texans. Even the company’s original Austin storefront on South Congress Street in Austin, back when horses and buggies were the only traffic to contend with, Lammes invested in innovative technology to attract and serve residents with the utmost attention to detail. Family owned then and how, we value traditions. We love Texas and are proud to call this home, so in honor of our great state, we decided to showcase our love by dedicating a few items to our Texas Themed Candy Collections. Texas Two-Step

Down in the Lone Star State, we like to put our boots on and go out for a little Two-Stepping. Our Texas Two-Step is a classic combo packed with our two most popular items, our Chewie Pecan Pralines and our Milk Chocolate Longhorns. In this Texas themed box, you will get 3 Chewie Pecan Pralines with a delectable creamy caramel taste and hearty Texas pecans as well as 6 Milk Chocolate Longhorns that are silky smooth chocolate coated around a crunchy pecan caramel center. This duo is the perfect Texan pair for your next event, family gathering, or honestly just to enjoy yourself.

Texas Trio

Our Texas Trio is an ode to cowboys and the good ol’ western days. We have a western themed box with 3 silhouettes of cowboys riding off into the sunset. Inside you get milk chocolate covering an assortment of pecans, almonds, and cashew with caramel enveloping each nut cluster. Our Longhorns are filled with hearty pecans, our Chocadillos are filled with crunchy almonds, and our Cashew Critters, well clearly they are filled with cashews. This is a great sampler box for those who love chocolate and nut assortments.

Longhorn Trio

The Longhorn Trio box has a Western flare to it and contains 3 different types of Longhorns. In this box you will get silky white chocolate, velvety milk chocolate, and rich dark chocolate. We made this box for our chocolate lovers in mind. This is one of our few items where we use white chocolate and our customers love the mix of it with the caramel and pecans. This makes a perfect gift for any chocolate lovers in your life.

Austin Signature Collection

Our Austin Signature Collection showcases this beautiful artwork that encapsulates ATX. The bats that fly over Lady Bird Lake, the food trucks that line the streets all over the city, and the guitar symbolizing all the amazing music you can hear throughout the city on any given day. These are just some aspects of Austin that we wanted to display on our Austin Signature Collection box. Inside you have a taste of Texas that awaits you. Each Signature Collection contains 3 - Chewie Pecan Pralines, 1 - Milk Chocolate Longhorn, 1 - Dark Chocolate Longhorn, 1 - Milk Choc'Adillo, 1 - Dark Choc'Adillo, 1 - Cashew Critter, and 1 - Peanut Paw. This decadent array of our finest flavors will keep you coming back for more. Dallas-Fort Worth Signature Collection

Our Dallas-Fort Worth Signature Collection also features incredible artwork that symbolizes the DFW area. We included the beautiful skyline, a cowboy riding a bucking bronco at the rodeo, and of course we had to include Big Tex. Dallas is full of amazing Texas culture and history and we wanted this collection to showcase parts of that. Inside the DFW Signature Collection, you will have the same decadent spread of candies of that of the Austin Signature Collection Box. Just like the Austin Collection, this is a great gift and can be ordered in bulk as well for company or office events.

Texas Theme Milk Chocolate Bars

Last, but certainly not least we have our Texas Theme Milk Chocolate Bars. These Bars are 100% Milk Chocolate with no nuts or caramel and come individually wrapped. We wanted to continue our love of Texas and include different imagery that represents our great state. We have 4 different options of Texas themed milk chocolate bars: The Texas Flag, Bluebonnets, Longhorns, and my personal favorite, the Armadillo. These can be purchased in a pack of 12 or a case of 40 and make great gifts for the office or for your students’ teachers.
